**Aims & Objectives**  
Agrawal Bahu-Beti Mandal, Khamgaon, is a vibrant community platform dedicated to empowering women of the Agrawal community. Our primary aim is to foster unity, cultural enrichment, and social responsibility among women across generations. We strive to preserve and promote our rich cultural heritage while encouraging active participation in social, cultural, and charitable activities. The Mandal seeks to create a supportive environment where women can connect, learn, and grow together, contributing positively to society.

Our vision is to cultivate a strong, cohesive, and culturally rich community where women of the Agrawal community can lead with confidence, compassion, and creativity. We envision a future where our Bahu-Betis are not only the custodians of tradition but also the harbingers of positive change, making meaningful contributions to society.

**Mission**  
The mission of Agrawal Bahu-Beti Mandal is to empower women by providing them with opportunities for personal development, cultural engagement, and community service. We aim to foster a sense of belonging and pride in our cultural heritage while encouraging active participation in social and charitable initiatives. **Social Activities**  
1. Annual Agrasen Maharaj Jayanti Events  
   The Mandal proudly organizes and participates in the Annual Agrasen Maharaj Jayanti celebrations, honoring the legendary king and founder of the Agrawal community. The event features cultural performances, processions, and rituals, bringing the community together in a grand display of unity and devotion.

2. Teej  
   Celebrating the festival of Teej with great enthusiasm, the Mandal organizes traditional rituals, cultural programs, and social gatherings. This event allows the women of our community to connect with their roots, express their devotion, and celebrate the joys of womanhood.

3. Chaturthi Ujman  
   The Mandal celebrates Chaturthi Ujman with special rituals and community feasts, fostering a sense of togetherness and spiritual fulfillment. This event is marked by prayers, offerings, and the sharing of traditional delicacies, reinforcing our cultural values.

4. Picnic  
   To strengthen bonds and create lasting memories, the Mandal organizes annual picnics for its members. These outings provide a much-needed break from the routine, offering a day of relaxation, fun, and camaraderie in the lap of nature.

5. Trade Fair for Ladies  
   Empowering women entrepreneurs, the Mandal hosts an annual Trade Fair, providing a platform for women to showcase and sell their products. This event not only supports local businesses but also encourages financial independence among women.

6. Garba Training  
   In preparation for the Navratri festival, the Mandal offers Garba training sessions. These sessions help members learn and refine their dance skills, promoting fitness, cultural engagement, and the joy of participation in this vibrant tradition.

7. Participation in Other Social Events  
   The Mandal actively participates in various social events throughout the year, including Holi, Diwali, and Uttarayan (Makar Sankranti). Each festival is celebrated with traditional rituals, community gatherings, and cultural performances, keeping our traditions alive and vibrant.

8. Holi  
   The festival of colors is celebrated with much joy and enthusiasm, where members come together to play with colors, dance, and enjoy festive delicacies. It is a time for unity, forgiveness, and the renewal of bonds within the community.

9. Diwali 
   The festival of lights is marked by the lighting of diyas, fireworks, and the exchange of sweets and gifts. The Mandal organizes special Diwali events, including puja ceremonies and cultural programs, spreading the message of light, prosperity, and happiness.

10. Uttarayan (Makar Sankranti)  
    Celebrating the harvest festival of Uttarayan, the Mandal organizes kite-flying events, community meals, and traditional rituals. This event marks the change of season and is celebrated with great joy, bringing members together to enjoy the beauty of nature and the fruits of their labor.

11. Other Social Initiatives  
    The Mandal is also involved in various charitable and social initiatives, including blood donation drives, cleanliness campaigns, and community service projects. These activities reflect our commitment to social responsibility and our desire to make a positive impact on society.
